Concierge Services provides a subscription to RevenueVision® and the professional services necessary to administer and monitor your contracts and operational data. By including the time and effort to load and maintain your data, your institution’s staff can focus on activities directly impacting students, while the RevenueVision® Client Services Team takes care of contract administration and compliance activities for you.Â
What’s Included?
- Enter all revenue producing contracts and related amendments into RevenueVision®.
- Enter all necessary vendor certificates of insurance and other documentation. Â
- Enter all monthly transactions including any related sales activity or other contractual obligations such as minimum guarantee payments, scholarships, in-kind contributions, etc.
- Record vendor payments.
- Validate that the payments received are accurate and in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions.
- Provide you with all necessary reports and dashboards via the RevenueVision interface.
- Automatically alert you to any upcoming critical dates and reports.
