The system is named RevenueVision® because we strive to optimize and improve your Operational Revenue. However, it can also track expense based contracts and internal agreements such as MOUs. As long as it has a date and a signature, it can be tracked.

We offer three types of subscriptions:

Named User License: This option specifies the number of users utilizing the system and their type of access. We offer both read-only and update access types.

Enterprise License: This option offers an unlimited number of users for your entire institution, and both read-only and update access types apply here as well.

Departmental License: This option offers an unlimited number of users within your department. Again, both read-only and update access types apply.

The departmental and enterprise licenses are based on your total auxiliary revenues for the fiscal year you are purchasing.

There is a one-time upfront cost for implementation and training which is included in your subscription invoice for your first year.

Yes, there are additional modules that can be added to your base subscription to enhance certain aspects of the software to fit the needs of the university. These include:

RevenueVision® Workflow allows customers to manage the initiation, routing, and approval of contract documents and solicitations prior to contract award. Through its powerful alerting features, RevenueVision® can alert reviewers when action is needed on specific contracts and items as they move through the pre-award process.

RevenueVision® Report Scheduler is used in conjunction with the RevenueVision® Business Intelligence tool powered by Quicksight (an Amazon product). The Report Scheduler allows users to set up previously prepared reports to be run automatically on a given schedule using the data that is populated in RevenueVision® at the time the report is executed. Additionally, the Report Scheduler allows the reports to be automatically emailed to a distribution list configured by the user.

Operational Statistics for those requiring a higher degree of granularity, RevenueVision® offers detailed statistics and reporting at whatever level of frequency needed by the user. In some cases, with point of sale systems, this data may include detailed transactions at the 30-minute interval. This feature for operational level data includes any necessary database tuning to ensure that performance is maintained with these very large data sets.

GASB-87 to satisfy the new GASB-87 Lease Accounting Standards beginning with reporting periods after December 2019. The RevenueVision® GASB-87 features will allow customers to have a repository of all leases, terms and conditions and key dates; determine the lease term and calculate deferred outflow/inflow; report on the required financial statement footnote disclosures; and, perform the necessary calculations to determine the net present value of leases and related financial schedules.

Data Loading utilizes RevenueVision® experts to upload your statistical data for you. Someone from your institution will just need to send the necessary files on a consistent basis via email, dropbox, google drive, etc. In addition, your institution will still be responsible for entering and managing contract information.

Concierge utilizes RevenueVision® experts to fully manage your contracts. From contract information to statistical data, we will get you organized and on your way to improving your overall operations. Additionally, you can add on supplemental training and new implementation costs.

RevenueVision® Connect is the web services interface to RevenueVision. Using RESTful web services, RevenueVision Connect allows you to develop integrations for data to be sent automatically to RevenueVision from your legacy systems on a frequency defined by the institution. Data that can be sent to RevenueVision via RevenueVision Connect includes any statistical information defined in a RevnueVision statistic, contracts, vendors/companies, key dates, etc.

Support services cover unlimited calls and emails to the support team from Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm EST. Support also covers any refresher webinars that may be needed after your training sessions have been completed. Additional training, implementations, and re-implementations of your system will be an additional cost. These are usually covered on a time and materials basis.

Commission & Sales trends, food and labor cost percentages, check averages, plate costs, profit/loss per customer (check averages compared to total plate costs), inventory analysis, monthly/quarterly/annually inventory turnover rate, average transactions per customer, average sale per customer, highest remaining balances by GPA, and so much more.
