What is RevenueVision® for Aiports?

Revenuevision® for Airports is a financial and operational management software platform designed to improve revenues, reduce costs, and optimize performance for airport managers and operators.

Contract/Lease Management – The heart of RevenueVision® is its Contract Management module. Designed to track any type of agreement or contract, the system allows airport management to keep track of all critical dates including renewals and insurance requirements, contract documents and other correspondence and all of the financial terms and conditions that can be used for invoicing – even complex billing structured for airline common use charges, shared space rents, landing fees and others.
Data Analytics - RevenueVision® utilizes a powerful analytics tool that provides sophisticated data analysis and operational and financial reporting on all statistical information included within the system. From simple visualizations and reports of enplanements and operations to complex reporting showing concession sales per enplaned passenger and sales per square foot, RevenueVision can provide the dashboards needed for all levels of management to keep a close eye on their operations.
Statistics - RevenueVision® allows the airport operator to track and maintain information about any operational or financial statistics from passenger activity, landings, mail and freight, concession sales, parking, rental cars, etc. These statistics can then be used as the data inputs for activity-based billing such as landing fees, concession commissions, rental car and fuel usage and any type of activity-based charge.


Alerts - RevenueVision® can alert both the airport operator and its tenants and other interested parties through advance warnings about critical dates such as insurance expirations, contract renewals, and any other user defined dates that may be important such as inspection dates or CPI escalation dates. These alerts can be automatically emailed to designated individuals as needed.
Tenant Billing - RevenueVision® handles the complicated billing that many airports struggle with including complex minimum guarantee arrangements for concessionaires, 80/20 based billing for terminal common use space, deicing and trash, in addition to the and more simplified fixed billing such as rents. Invoices can be generated automatically via a schedule to save time and improve accuracy in billing.
